I always post about my Younique business because, well…. it’s awesome! But I also have a second business that I love just as much and I wanted to share it with you here. I am a freelance makeup artist who primarily works doing bridal makeup and beauty makeup, and lately I’ve had the opportunity to partner with some absolutely amazing local photographers. I know you can head over to my website, www.kimfortunemakeupartist.com, and see my portfolio there, but I figured I post a few of my favourites here for you.
Art by Agata
Agata has a way of making all of her clients feel as beautiful as the world already knows they are. She is able to pick up on a person’s personality and challenges them to be just a bit more daring and open to seeing themselves in a different, more glamorous light. At the same time, she works within your comfort zone, making sure that the images you end up with are some that truly represent YOU. Here are some of my favourites from the sessions I’ve had the pleasure of working on with Agata.
Notions and Notoriety
Nikki encourages women to get in touch with their more feminine side, which you can see in her photos! In these gorgeous images, we see Dee Lamb who is building her application to enter the Torrid Model Search this year. I think she’s a stunner, and I think that Nikki did an amazing job of capturing her personality in these photos!

Michelle Wrigglesworth – MDWriggs Photography
Michelle specializes in lifestyle photography, but that didn’t stop her from helping when I wanted to create some images for my business cards. Michelle has an eye for all things beautiful and she is able to work with anybody, in any situation. Her newborn pictures are incredible!

Still Moments Photography
I have just worked my first wedding with Claire, and her associate Holly, from Still Moments Photography and I was so impressed with their images and work ethic! I have never seen a more organized schedule for a wedding day, Claire ensured that no shot was missed and that the bride and groom were not feeling overwhelmed at any point. Her straight-forward but kind approach kept the day rolling and her hard work was worth it. Look at how gorgeous those pictures are!

These are just a handful of my favourites, I hope you enjoyed them as much as I did!
